CarryZ LLC and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provide you with the goods ordered by you through Carryz LLC (https://pff.awseyun.com, “website”) in accordance with these terms of sale (“this agreement”). Please be sure to carefully read the terms and conditions contained in these terms of sale (including the content contained in embedded links), especially the terms specially marked in bold and bold form. If you do not accept these terms of sale, please do not place an order through the LSH Mall website. Once you click the button to accept the Terms of Sale, you agree to sign and be bound by these Terms of Sale, effective immediately.
Website terms of use, return policy, warranty policy, privacy policy and other network rules and terms

2.Product information

You can choose to take remedial measures in accordance with the agreement between us and you on the return policy.

3.order and delivery
(1) When you confirm the order, please carefully check the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size, contact address, telephone number, consignee and other information of the purchased product. If you fill in the consignee’s contact number, address and other information incorrectly, causing us ( or the delivery company we entrust ) to deliver the goods to a consignee other than you or your designated consignee, the resulting losses shall be borne by you. If the consignee is not yourself, the consignee’s behavior and expression of will shall be regarded as your behavior and expression of will, and you shall be jointly and severally liable for the legal consequences of the consignee’s behavior and expression of will.
(2) When you order goods through the website, confirm the purchase and successfully submit the order ( the order content should include the quantity of goods purchased, price and payment method, consignee, contact information, delivery address and other information ) , it is deemed that the order contract between the two parties is established.
(3) You have the right to cancel the order after reaching an agreement with us or before we make a commitment in accordance with the above item (2) .
(4) The time when the ownership of the product is transferred to you, whichever is later: (1) the date we receive the full price of the product; (2) the date the product is delivered to your designated delivery address. Risk of damage to or loss of the merchandise passes to you once the merchandise has been delivered to the address you nominate.
(5) We have the right to deliver the goods in batches, and each batch of goods shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract between you and us, and we have the right to supply only part of the goods in an order.
4. Payment and Invoicing
1) Unless otherwise stated in the product information on the website or otherwise marked in the relevant order or documents, the price of the product includes value-added tax, but does not include shipping charges and other taxes.
(2) Shipping costs are not included on the product page, but will be added to the total price of the item due before you place your order.
(3) You can choose to pay for the order through the payment methods supported by the website.
(4) If you choose to pay through a third party, you also need to abide by the terms and policies of the third-party payment service provider.
(5) Failures, abnormalities, losses and claims caused by payment or during the payment process will be resolved through communication and coordination between you and the third-party payment service provider. We are not responsible for this, but we will provide necessary assistance.
(6) If you need to issue a value-added tax invoice, please make a note in the message when purchasing the product, or contact our customer service to inform the invoice to be issued (the title can be issued by the company or individual, if you do not specify, we will default to the individual). The invoice amount is the order amount of the product (excluding shipping).
(7) When you receive the goods, please check the invoice and sign on the delivery receipt. Once signed, it means that you have received the invoice and the invoice is correct. For the loss of invoices caused by human factors, we cannot reissue invoices for you.
5.Shipping
After filling in the delivery address when placing an order, the system will default to choosing our courier company for delivery.
Our delivery area is limited to the United States, Asia (including China), and Europe. The areas we deliver are also subject to the geographical scope of the courier companies we cooperate with.
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address you specify. All the delivery times listed on the website are reference times. The calculation of the reference time is estimated based on the inventory status, normal processing process, delivery time, and delivery location. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to the delay or inability to deliver the order due to the following circumstances:
(1) The information provided by the user is wrong, the address is not detailed and other reasons;
(2) No one signs for the delivery of the goods, resulting in failure or delay in delivery;
(3) Caused by changing circumstances;
(4) Caused by force majeure factors, such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.
